The implementation of a fully integrated business management system can be a complex undertaking. We provide expert guidance in the definition of a project schedule as well as identification of dependencies and coordination of required resources, both internal and external to your organization.

Our implementation methodology follows a four-phased approach.

Requirements Analysis - A Project Manager will review the information gathered in the sales process, confirm the client's objectives, and start digging into the technical aspects of the implementation.

Project Organization - The project team is assembled, and consists of representatives from Capture Solutions and the client's organization. The project plan, timeline and scope are defined, communicated and agreed on. Communication is a critical element in any project, that's why we dedicate a single point of contact for every client. Through the life of the project, that contact will keep you regularly informed on the project status and any ongoing issues.

Implementation - It's time to work the plan! Installation, configuration, data conversion, customizations and user training are all part of this important step. The Senior Consultant pulls in the team of specialists to simultaneously tackle the various aspects of the project. The Senior Consultant tracks timely completion of action items, project status and supplemental change orders. This phase is completed upon User Acceptance. Though every project has some minor hiccups (anyone who tells you otherwise is glossing over the truth)., this phase is all about smooth execution.

Project Wrap-Up - The project is transitioned into production phase. You continue to be in contact with the Senior Consultant and begin working with the in-house support team. Support team members have various specialties including: Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics SL, Microsoft Dynamics AX, SQL Server, Microsoft CRM and Microsoft FRx.
